The training app designed for competitive swimmers, parents, and teams
AIM Performance Vault launches first for swimmers and parents, no team required. Team and coach tools are already on the roadmap, but the app starts with what families need most right now, a simple way to track a season that actually holds together, tracking patterns and progress.

What the AIM Performance Vault is
If you've ever tried to keep track of a swim season, you know how scattered it gets. Practice notes in one notebook, meet times in a group text, goals written down once and never looked at again. AIM Performance Vault puts all of it in one place, the practice logs, meet results, goals, schedules, habits, and more, so swimmers and their families can actually see the season instead of piecing it together after the fact.
The Vault is built on the same approach behind the AIM Performance Journal, just live and in your pocket every day instead of sitting in a bag. Swimmers get a real place to track their training and log every race. Parents can get visibility into how their swimmer's season is going outside of just best times. In swimming, progression and improvements happen on so many more levels than getting a best time, and the AIM Performance Vault is where you'll truly see those improvements that may not necessarily be easily noticed.
Every swimmer under 16 is automatically connected to a parent account when they join, so families stay linked from day one without extra setup, so no guessing what's going on. Swimmers still own their log and their goals. Parents just get to see it and cheer for it.
What's Inside
Practice Log
Every practice gets logged, from sets, stroke focus, how it felt, coach feedback, etc. On its own, one entry doesn't mean much, but six weeks of entries starts to show a swimmer where they're actually improving and where they're stalling. It's the kind of patterns you only see when the data's not sitting in six different notebooks.
Meets & Races
Log goal & final times, splits, mindset, and results while it's still fresh. Over a season, that turns into a real race history, showing best times, splits by leg, how a swimmer performs at meets versus practice , how a swimmer prepares and reacts, and more.
Goals
Set goals that connect to something, a specific time, a technique focus, a meet on the calendar, by using the same framework behind the AIM Performance Journal. Goals aren't just written down once and forgotten. Swimmers can check back in on them all season and actually watch the progress add up instead of guessing at it.
Schedule
Upload practice and meet schedules. Swimmers can also check in when they arrive at practice, so attendance tracking builds itself in the background. Between the schedule, the check-ins, and everything else logged in the app, the whole season stays in one place instead of scattered across texts, calendars, and memory.
Swimmer & Parent Account
Swimmers under 16 are automatically linked to a parent account, so every family starts connected without any extra setup. Two accounts, built around two different jobs. The swimmer owns their logs, their goals, their results, etc. The parent gets a clear window into how the season's going, while seeing how their swimmer is truly doing, not just with times.
Season at a Glance
Pull back from any single practice or meet and see the whole season laid out, from mindset in practice, confidence in races, meet results, and goal progress in one view. It's the difference between feeling unsure how the season is going and actually being able to see it, track it, and understand it.
